    Verantwortungsbereich

    • Definition, standardization and optimization of the TP Group sales processes and Go To market model across all Business Units, Locations including execution and quality management of those
    • Ensure Sales Execution aligned with Group Management’s strategy and is follows compliant business practice
    • Ensure that the sales team is supported with best in class sales processes, practices and tools allowing them to achieve the given targets and goals
    • Ensure spend stays within the given budget and team follows given processes and guidelines
    • Drive and execute the required change management activities following the CCOs guidance

    Qualifikation

    • Bachelor in Economics or higher educational degree with focus on sales & marketing or Finance
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the respective field
    • Outstanding target achievement in previous roles
    • High experience in usage of relevant CRM systems (Sales Force, Siebel, MS Dynamics) to drive sales execution as well as Microsoft office - knowledge BI tools and Data Bases is advantegeous
    • Minimum 3 years Leadership experience with relevant team size (2-5 direct report)
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Very structured, scalable, strategic and innovative thinker who is able to simplify complex scenarios and situations articulating this into easy to execute models
    • Having a hands on management style, execution mentality and behavior and having the ability to execute
