    Verantwortungsbereich

    • Build up and grow our pipeline of TANSPOREON prospects
    • Enlarge TRANSPOREON`s footprint within the existing customer base
    • Sell TRANSPOREON’s web-based SaaS solutions to a set of assigned companies and new logos from specific industries
    • Establish C-Level contacts, become a thrusted advisor and develop new sales opportunities
    • Use modern sales tactics and an analytical approach when approaching new customers and position TRANSPOREON’s solutions with a clear business case
    • Responsible for the management of the entire sales process ensuring that personal targets and other performance metrics are being achieved
    • A good understanding of your clients existing processes
    • Involve supporting resources (e.g. Business Consulting, Professional Services, Executives etc.) at the right time to ensure a successful sales process
    • Show short-term success while ensuring a medium- and long-term perspective to sustainable sales success
    • Use a CRM-System to ensure accurate Forecasting
    • Commitment to stay regularly in our HQ in Ulm

    Qualifikation

    • Minimum of 3-5 year experiences in Direct Sales of complex services and/or Enterprise software solutions (i.e. ERP, SCM or TMS systems). Ideally you were able to gain this experience at one of the leading software vendors.
    • Logistics-/ Supply-Chain experience would be a plus
    • A deeper industry knowledge (e.g. FMCG, Paper, Steel) would be a plus
    • Proven track record of overachieving targets
    • Fluent German and advanced English
