    •  Directly support and interface with clients of our TICONTRACT transportation procurement SaaS platform in the Americas region
    • Support a growing and dynamic sales and consulting organization in positioning the TICONTRACT solution within focused industries and target accounts
    • Consulting of large industry customers regarding the analysis of logistics RFPs and Transportation spend/rates
    • Analyzing the historical shipment, rate and contract data of our customers and consult customers on how to efficiently and effectively use this information within our applications
    • Analyze customer bid events on the platform and develop scenario creation using the analysis tools available
    • Develop a process to guide each client on generation of easy-to-interpret reports and rate/tariff exports, based on collected RFP data
    • Support the Rate Import process, for migrating customers rates and tariffs into the Rate Management module
    • Familiarize yourself with trends in the freight market, and use that knowledge to guide client conversations on an ad-hoc basis
    • Conducting training (web-based and on-site) for our customers
    • Fill role as trusted advisor with prospects and customers, establishing relationships with platform users in the context of maintaining ongoing subscription relationships
    • Strong will and the necessary energy to grow existing customers in a start-up environment
    • Suggest and follow up system feature upgrades requested by clients
    • Supporting Sales Colleagues with RFP analysis and presentation of high-priority projects, on sales visits (remote or onsite)


    • 2+ years of experience in Data- or Freight- or Pricing-Analysis capacity
    • Preferably either with a Logistics Service Provider (3PL, NVOCC, Asset-based trucking company, Brokerage, Shipping Line, etc.) or with a medium- to large-sized beneficial cargo owner / shipper
    • Highly proficient in MS Excel (minimum requirements: vlookup, index:match, macros, etc.)
    • Strong attention to detail with good mathematic skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills / strong team player with a focus on customer success
    • Ideally you already have experience with Tender Management or transport purchasing
    • Customer Service experience would be a plus
    • Good knowledge of rest of MS Office suite
    • Goal oriented work style and excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work autonomously
